Mfantsiman
Mfantsiman is a former municipality and now a district within the Central Region of Ghana. It was carved out of the Cape Coast Metropolitan District in 2007. The district is named after the Fante people, who are the dominant ethnic group in the region and have a rich cultural heritage. Its administrative capital is Mankessim.
