Metallisahat
Metallisahat is a term that refers to a type of saw specifically designed for cutting metal. These saws differ from wood saws in their blade construction and tooth design. Metal-cutting saw blades are typically made from hardened steel, high-speed steel (HSS), or bimetal, which combines different types of steel to enhance durability and flexibility. The teeth on metal-cutting blades are generally smaller, sharper, and set at a finer pitch compared to wood saws. This finer pitch helps to effectively remove metal shavings without clogging the blade.
There are several common types of metallisahat. Handheld hacksaws are the most basic form, utilizing a thin
