Meingcenteredness

Meingcenteredness is a term that describes a psychological state or disposition characterized by an excessive focus on oneself and one's own thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It is not a formally recognized clinical diagnosis but is often used in discussions about personality and social interaction. An individual exhibiting meingcenteredness may struggle to empathize with others or to consider perspectives outside of their own. Their interactions can be dominated by a preoccupation with their own needs, desires, and interpretations of events.

This focus on the self can manifest in various ways, such as a tendency to dominate conversations, a difficulty in actively listening to others, or a consistent interpretation of social situations through the lens of personal relevance. While a healthy level of self-awareness is beneficial, meingcenteredness suggests an imbalance where the self overshadows the awareness and consideration of others.
