Megbízást
Megbízás, in the accusative form Megbízást, is a term used in Hungarian civil law to describe a contract of mandate. In a megbízási szerződés one party, the megbízó (principal), entrusts another party, the megbízott (mandatary or agent), to perform a specific task or to act on the megbízó’s behalf. The arrangement is a civil-law contract and does not create an employment relationship, though it can involve professional services. The contract is governed by the Hungarian Civil Code (Polgári Törvénykönyv).
