Maupiti
Maupiti is a small island in the Windward group of the Society Islands, a part of French Polynesia. Located to the west of Bora Bora, it is often described as a more traditional and less developed version of its famous neighbor. The island is a single volcanic peak surrounded by a coral reef and a lagoon. Its highest point is Mount Teurafaatiu, reaching 372 meters (1,220 feet).
