MMICpiireihin
MMICpiireihin is a Finnish term that translates to "MMIC circuits" or "MMICs" in English. MMIC stands for Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit. These are electronic circuits manufactured on a single semiconductor substrate, typically gallium arsenide (GaAs) or indium phosphide (InP), to perform microwave frequency functions. Unlike traditional circuits that are built from discrete components assembled on a circuit board, MMICs integrate all necessary active and passive components, such as transistors, diodes, capacitors, and inductors, onto a single chip.
The primary advantage of MMICs is their small size, high performance, and reliability, especially at high frequencies
The design and fabrication of MMICs are complex processes requiring specialized knowledge and manufacturing facilities. The
