Lämpöresistenssin
Lämpöresistenssi, often translated as thermal resistance, is a property of a material or object that describes its opposition to the flow of heat. It is the inverse of thermal conductance. High thermal resistance means that the material is a good insulator and does not allow heat to pass through easily. Conversely, low thermal resistance indicates that the material is a good conductor of heat.
The concept of thermal resistance is analogous to electrical resistance, where a higher electrical resistance impedes
The unit of thermal resistance is typically Kelvin per Watt (K/W) or degrees Celsius per Watt (°C/W).
