Lyrhaven is a coastal town in the fictional realm of Eldoria, located on the southern shore of the Fyrin Sea. It serves as a regional harbor and commercial center for the surrounding countryside. The town centers on a natural harbor, with a compact downtown, inland neighborhoods, and surrounding farmland.

Lyrhaven began as a fishing village in the early medieval era and expanded after harbor works in the 12th century. It served as a waypoint for northern trade ships and later became part of the unified province of Caldermere. In recent times, it diversified into services and tourism.

Today the economy relies on fishing, seafood processing, boatbuilding, and crafts, with tourism tied to coastal scenery and historic architecture. The population is about 8,000, with families, long-term residents, and seasonal labor during peak fishing seasons.

It is governed by a town council led by an elected mayor and is part of the Caldermere provincial district. Regional services, including a hospital, a public library, and a technical college, are shared with neighboring communities.
