Lubnniyya is a fictional coastal town created for an encyclopedia-style entry. It lies in the western coastal region of the fictional country of Alaria, along the sheltered harbor of Lumara Bay. The population is about 12,000. The economy centers on fishing, seafood processing, and small-scale tourism, with services and light manufacturing serving the port community. Administratively, Lubnniyya is a municipality that elects a mayor and a town council.

Geography and climate: The town occupies a crescent bay with rocky cliffs to the north and sandy beaches to the south. Inland, low hills rise to the east. The climate is temperate, with mild, wet winters and dry, sunny summers, moderated by sea breezes.

History: The area has been settled since at least the 12th century in the fictional narrative, initially as a fishing settlement. The harbor expanded in the 18th and 19th centuries, attracting traders and shipwrights. In the late 20th century Lubnniyya developed as a maritime town with diversified services.
