Lincoterms
Lincoterms is a term sometimes used as a misspelling of Incoterms, the internationally recognized set of rules that define the responsibilities of buyers and sellers in global trade. The rules are published by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and codified in the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standard ISO 3864. The original Incoterms were introduced in 1936, and the most recent edition, Incoterms 2020, was issued in 2019. The standard is updated roughly every ten years to reflect changes in trade practice, technology, and logistics.
