Ligipääsrahastus

Ligipääsrahastus, also known as access financing or rights issue, is a corporate finance term describing the process by which a company raises capital by issuing new shares to its existing shareholders. This is typically done when a company needs to secure additional funds for expansion, debt repayment, or other strategic initiatives. Existing shareholders are offered the right to purchase these new shares, usually at a discount to the current market price, in proportion to their existing ownership stake.
