Levegzésének

Levegzésének is a Hungarian term that translates to "his/her/its breathing" or "exhalation" in English. It refers to the act of expelling air from the lungs. The process involves the diaphragm and intercostal muscles contracting and relaxing, which alters the volume of the thoracic cavity. During exhalation, the diaphragm relaxes and moves upward, and the intercostal muscles relax, causing the rib cage to move inward. This decreases the volume of the chest cavity, increasing the pressure within the lungs relative to the atmospheric pressure, thus forcing air out.
