Lankattomissa

Lankattomissa is a traditional form of dance and music from the Indian state of Kerala, particularly popular in the Malabar region. The term "Lankattomissa" is derived from the words "Lanka" and "Attom," referring to the island of Lanka (Sri Lanka) and the traditional dance form "Attom," respectively. The dance is characterized by its rhythmic movements and the use of traditional instruments such as the chenda, madal, and ilathalam.
