Lakean

Lakean refers to the people, language, and culture associated with Lakea, a fictional region centered around a large freshwater lake in the northern temperate zone. The Lakeans are a historically cohesive community whose traditions and identity revolve around the lake and its shores. The term Lakean is used as both a demonym and an adjective for things related to Lakea.

Geographically, Lakea comprises shoreline towns, wetlands, and forested hills surrounding a central lake. Communities are concentrated along natural harbors and ferry routes, and the lake sustains fishing, trade, and cultural exchange with neighboring regions.
