Kylmäveden

Kylmäveden is a small, unincorporated community located in the sparsely populated northern region of Finland. Situated near the Arctic Circle, it experiences extreme temperature fluctuations throughout the year, characteristic of its subarctic climate. The name "Kylmäveden" itself translates to "cold water" in Finnish, a fitting description given the prevailing weather conditions and the numerous lakes and rivers in the surrounding landscape.
