Kuuluiat is a fictional ceremonial practice described in world-building and speculative fiction as a central ritual in the culture of the Kuulan people. The term comes from the Kuuli language, where kuuli means circle and at denotes gathering. The ceremony foregrounds collective memory, mutual aid, and oral storytelling, and it is traditionally held at the end of the harvest season.

The event typically lasts several days and centers on a large circular gathering. Activities include choral singing, drum and horn performances, and a sequence of story exchanges that recount ancestry, communal deeds, and moral lessons. A set of symbolic tokens, known as kuului, is exchanged to reaffirm social ties and obligations. In many versions, a rotating council of equal-status delegates leads the opening and closing ceremonies, and disputes are resolved through structured dialogue rather than adversarial debate.
