Kuntoutuspäätöksiä, or rehabilitation decisions, are formal rulings made by Finnish social security institutions, primarily Kela, concerning an individual's eligibility for and scope of rehabilitation services. These decisions are based on a comprehensive assessment of the individual's health status, functional capacity, and the anticipated benefits of rehabilitation.
