Kuntaliittos
Kuntaliitto is the national association of municipalities in Finland. It serves as a key advocacy organization, representing the interests of local governments in discussions with the central government and other national stakeholders. Its primary mission is to promote and develop local self-government, ensuring that municipalities have the necessary resources and autonomy to provide public services to their residents.

Membership in Kuntaliitto is voluntary, but nearly all Finnish municipalities are members. The association is funded
