Kopikvaliteten
Kopikvaliteten, literally “coffee quality,” is a Swedish term that refers to the assessment and classification of coffee beans with regard to their sensory attributes, physical characteristics and origin. The concept has been used in Sweden and the surrounding Nordic countries for several decades, most prominently by the National Coffee Association and by private coffee roasters that aim to differentiate their products in a competitive market.
