Kokojyväviljat

Kokojyväviljat, also known as whole grains, refer to cereal grains that contain all three edible parts of the kernel: the bran, the germ, and the endosperm. This contrasts with refined grains, where the bran and germ have been removed during processing, leaving primarily the starchy endosperm.
