Kojutoimetamine

Kojutoimetamine refers to the legal process in Estonia where a court order or judgment is enforced by a bailiff. This process is initiated when a creditor has a legally binding document, such as a court ruling or an undisputed debt, and the debtor has failed to fulfill their obligations. The bailiff, appointed by the Ministry of Justice, acts as an executive officer responsible for carrying out the enforcement.
