Kilövikian

Kilövikian refers to an ethnolinguistic group that inhabits the Kilöv Highlands and the adjacent Kilöv Basin in the fictional region of Valoria. The term is used for both the people and their language, which share a common cultural heritage and geographic origin.

Kilövikian is the native language of the Kilövikian people. It belongs to the Kilov language family and is spoken by the majority in the highland communities, with several regional dialects. It is an agglutinative, SOV language and utilizes a syllabic script called Kilë for ceremonial inscriptions and traditional poetry.

Most Kilövikians live in rugged highland towns and sheltered valleys, with smaller communities along the Kilöv River. The population is scattered in rural settlements, with a continuing diaspora in neighboring regions. Kilövikian communities maintain kin-based social structures and shared seasonal practices.
