Kichagga
Kichagga is a Bantu language spoken by the Chaga people in the Kilimanjaro Region of Tanzania. It is closely related to other Bantu languages of the region. Kichagga is not a single, monolithic language but rather a collection of dialects spoken by different Chaga clans. These dialects can vary significantly, sometimes to the point where mutual intelligibility between speakers of different dialects can be challenging. Despite these variations, the common linguistic heritage allows for a degree of understanding.
The Chaga people are one of Tanzania's largest ethnic groups, historically known for their cultivation of coffee
