Kestiler

Kestiler is the third-person plural past tense form of the Turkish verb kesmek, meaning to cut or chop. It indicates that a group carried out the action of cutting in the past. In Turkish, past tense is formed with a suffix such as -di/-dı/-dü/-du, chosen by vowel harmony, and it is combined with a plural subject suffix -ler to produce -kestiler for a plural subject.
