The word combines kerty- from accumulation and lasku from calculation or invoice. In accounting and data-processing contexts, kertylaskuja refers to a workflow that collects a set of items—such as invoices, payments, or data records—into a batch and processes them as a unit. This approach aims to improve efficiency, ensure consistency, and provide an auditable trail for batch-level operations.
