Kaksiohjausta
Kaksiohjausta, also known as co-piloting or dual control, refers to a system in which two pilots share the responsibilities of flying an aircraft. This system is commonly used in commercial aviation, particularly in large aircraft such as airliners, to enhance safety and reliability. In a kaksiohjausta setup, one pilot is designated as the pilot flying (PF), who is responsible for the actual control of the aircraft, while the other pilot is the pilot monitoring (PM), who oversees the flight and is prepared to take over control if necessary.
The pilot flying handles the primary tasks of flying the aircraft, including navigation, communication with air
Kaksiohjausta is designed to provide redundancy and backup, ensuring that the aircraft can be safely controlled
