KHLtä
KHLtä is a coastal municipality and cultural region in the northern archipelago of Nordavia. It lies along the KHL strait and consists of the mainland district and numerous islets, collectively covering approximately 160 square kilometers. The population was about 11,500 in 2023. The majority language is KHLtian, a Finnic-inspired language using the Latin script; Swedish and English are common as second languages in urban areas.
