Képesítésekrl, also known as the Hungarian National Qualification Framework (HUNQF), is a comprehensive system designed to standardize and recognize qualifications across Hungary. It was established to ensure that educational and vocational qualifications are comparable and transferable, facilitating mobility within the European Union and beyond. The framework is based on the European Qualifications Framework (EQF), which provides a common reference for describing qualifications in terms of learning outcomes and levels of qualification.

The HUNQF consists of eight levels, ranging from basic skills and knowledge to advanced professional qualifications. Each level is described in terms of generic learning outcomes, which are applicable across different fields of education and training. This allows for a clear and consistent understanding of what is expected at each level, regardless of the specific subject or context.

The framework is used by educational institutions, employers, and other stakeholders to design curricula, develop training programs, and assess the competency of individuals. It also plays a crucial role in the recognition of foreign qualifications, enabling Hungarian citizens to study and work abroad with greater ease. The HUNQF is regularly reviewed and updated to reflect changes in the labor market and educational needs, ensuring its relevance and effectiveness over time.
