Jezercë

Jezercë is a mountain peak located in the Prokletije range, also known as the Accursed Mountains, in northern Albania. It is the highest peak in the entire Prokletije massif, reaching an elevation of 2,694 meters (8,839 feet) above sea level. The mountain is situated within the Valbona Valley National Park, a popular destination for hikers and mountaineers. Its rugged terrain and dramatic scenery make it a significant landmark in the region.

The Prokletije mountains are characterized by their sharp, jagged peaks, deep valleys, and glacial lakes. Jezercë, with its imposing presence, is a prominent feature of this landscape. The ascent to Jezercë is considered challenging and is typically undertaken by experienced climbers.
