JVC, short for Japan Victor Company, is a Japanese multinational electronics company known for consumer electronics and professional video and imaging equipment. Founded in 1927 as a Japanese subsidiary of the U.S.-based Victor Talking Machine Company (RCA), JVC developed a broad portfolio including radios, televisions, camcorders, and audio products.
