Izleyebilir is a Turkish verb form derived from the verb izlemek, which means to watch or to observe. Izleyebilir expresses potential mood, indicating that someone can or may watch something. It corresponds to the English can/watch or may watch, depending on context. The form is built from the verb stem izley- (the infinitive izlemek yields the stem for this construction) plus the modal suffix -ebilir, and it can take personal endings to agree with the subject (izleyebilirim, izleyebilirsin, izleyebilir, izleyebiliriz, izleyebilirsiniz, izleyebilirler).
