Ixtapalucas
Ixtapalucas is a municipality located in the State of Mexico, within the Mexico City metropolitan area. It is situated in the eastern part of the state, bordering the Federal District. The municipality's name is derived from the Nahuatl word "iztapalocan," meaning "place of the white stone" or "place of salt."
