Itsediffuusion is a hypothetical process described in some speculative discussions of quantum information and emergent spacetime, referring to a combined diffusion and interference-driven spreading of information through a many-body system. The term is not part of established physics and has appeared primarily in theoretical or fictional contexts.

In itsediffuusion, information becomes distributed via propagating modes whose amplitudes spread like diffusion, but whose phases undergo constructive or destructive interference that guides the flow of information between subsystems. The model introduces a diffusion parameter D and a coherence length ξ to quantify how rapidly information disperses and how much of the phase information persists across steps.

The idea is mainly theoretical, with proponents suggesting it could illuminate how information persists in networks with entanglement and contribute to thought experiments on information transfer in curved spacetime or holographic setups.
