Insoniylikning

Insoniylikning, also known as sleepwalking or somnambulism, is a parasomnia characterized by the performance of complex behaviors during sleep. These behaviors can range from simple actions like wandering around to more complex activities such as eating, driving, or even engaging in sexual activity. Insoniylikning typically occurs during the transition between sleep stages, particularly from deep sleep to light sleep or REM sleep.
