Inherentem
Inherentem is a coinage used in contemporary philosophy and systems theory to denote properties that are taken to be constitutive of a system’s identity. Unlike attributes that arise only through interaction with observers or specific contexts, inherentem properties are argued to be part of what the system is in itself and to persist across different descriptive frames.
Etymology and usage: The term combines a Latin-inspired form with a modern suffix to produce a noun
Relation to other concepts: Inherentem is often discussed alongside intrinsic properties, extrinsic properties, and essential properties.
Applications and examples: In thought experiments and abstract models, inherentem may help separate core identity-defining features
