Indeks100 is a stock market index used to measure the performance of a subset of the equity market consisting of the 100 largest and most liquid listed companies on a given exchange. The name is used in several markets to denote a benchmark that represents domestic large‑cap equities, and the exact constituents and weighting scheme can vary by issuer and country. As a broad market gauge, Indeks100 serves both as a performance benchmark for investors and as the basis for investment products such as index funds and exchange‑traded products.

Methodology and design features commonly seen in Indeks100 implementations include a free‑float market‑capitalization weighting, where each member’s weight reflects its market value of shares available for trading. A base date and base value are defined at launch (for example, a base value of 1000 or 100). Rebalancing occurs periodically to reflect shifts in size and liquidity; eligibility criteria typically require listing on the primary exchange, a minimum market capitalization, and adequate trading liquidity. Corporate actions such as stock splits, dividends, and mergers are adjusted to preserve index continuity. Some versions offer a total return variant that reinvests dividends, alongside a price return version that tracks only price changes.
