The final phase involves enforcement of the court order. A bailiff can then take steps to seize assets, garnish wages, or take other measures to satisfy the debt. The specific actions available depend on the jurisdiction and the type of debt. Throughout these phases, communication and documentation are crucial for both the creditor and the debtor.
