IPv4osoitteet, or IPv4 addresses, are numerical labels assigned to devices participating in a computer network that uses the Internet Protocol for communication between its nodes. The term "IPv4" stands for Internet Protocol version 4, which is the fourth revision of the Internet Protocol and the first version of the protocol to be widely deployed.
