Höskuson
Höskuson is a Swedish locality founded in 1942 as a result of the construction of a hydroelectric power plant on the river Dalälven. The community was established to house the workers and employees of the nearby power plant, as well as their families. The name Höskuson translates to "stream on the slope" in Swedish, which refers to the location of the settlement on the side of a hill overlooking the river.
