Hyväksyyn
Hyväksyyn is a Finnish verb form derived from the verb hyväksyä, meaning to accept or approve. In contemporary Finnish, the standard first-person singular present indicative is hyväksyn. Hyväksyyn, by contrast, is a form found in older or dialectal Finnish and is identified as a jussive (hortative) mood form of hyväksyä. It corresponds roughly to English “let me/let us accept” and is used to express a wish, exhortation, or ceremonial command rather than a straightforward statement of fact.
Morphology and use: The form is built from the verb stem hyväksy- plus the archaic jussive ending
Examples and notes: In texts that retain archaic Finnish orthography, you may encounter lines such as Hyväksyyn
