Helston
Helston is a town and civil parish in Cornwall, England. It is located approximately 10 miles east of Truro and 15 miles west of St. Austell. The town is situated in the valley of the River Helford, which flows through the town and into the sea at the nearby village of St. Just. Helston is known for its historic buildings, including the 13th-century St. Michael's Church and the 16th-century Helston Castle, which is now a museum. The town also has a market, which has been held since the 13th century, and a weekly farmers' market. Helston is served by Helston railway station, which is on the Cornish Main Line. The town is also home to several schools, including Helston Community College and Helston Primary School. Helston has a population of around 4,000 people.
