Hechtel
Hechtel is a village in the Belgian province of Limburg. It is part of the municipality of Hechtel-Eksel. Historically, Hechtel was an independent municipality until it merged with Eksel in 1971 to form the new municipality of Hechtel-Eksel. The village is situated in the northern part of Limburg, close to the Dutch border.
