Harrenhal
Harrenhal is a ruined castle located in the central part of the continent of Westeros, near the River New Salt and south of the Iron Islands. Built by King Karstark during the Kingsmoot of the 44th year of the First Men, it originally served as a strategic stronghold controlling the trade routes between the Crownlands and the North. Its sheer size, standing taller than any other structure in the realm, made it a symbol of power and ambition.
