Halfwet

Halfwet refers to a state of being partially or incompletely wet. This can describe the condition of an object, a surface, or even a person. For instance, clothing that has been exposed to light rain but not thoroughly soaked might be described as halfwet. Similarly, a floor that has been partially mopped or has had a spill that has mostly evaporated could be considered halfwet.
