Halbwertiger
Halbwertiger is a rarely used German adjective formed from halb- (“half”) and wertig (“valuable” or “worthy”). In everyday German, the more common form is halbwertig; Halbwertiger is not widely attested in standard dictionaries and tends to appear only in technical, informal, or stylistic contexts. When it occurs, it generally denotes something that is only partly valuable or of diminished quality.
In use, halbwertig can describe objects, materials, or criteria that do not meet full specifications or quality
