Haanits
Haanits, also known as the Haanit Dynasty, was a ruling family of the medieval kingdom of Armenia. The origins of the Haanits are somewhat obscure, but they rose to prominence in the late 9th century and played a significant role in Armenian politics for several generations. Their power base was primarily located in the region of Vaspurakan, a historical province in southeastern Greater Armenia.
