HRosakonna

HRosakonna is a student organization at the University of Tartu, Estonia, dedicated to promoting and supporting the use of free and open-source software (FOSS) within the academic community. The organization was founded in 2002 and has since grown to become one of the largest and most active FOSS groups in the Baltic region.
