Gobierna

Gobierna is the third-person singular present indicative form of the Spanish verb gobernar, meaning to govern, rule, or administer. It is used to indicate that a person or entity exercises authority over a territory, organization, or group, as in "El alcalde gobierna la ciudad" or "La empresa gobierna sus operaciones."
