Gnutellas
Gnutella is a decentralized, peer-to-peer (P2P) file-sharing network protocol. It was created by Justin Frankel and Tom Pepper of the software company Nullsoft in March 2000. The name "Gnutella" is a play on words, combining "GNU" (a free software project) and "guerrilla" (referring to its decentralized nature).
