Glycoprotéomique

Glycoprotéomique is the large-scale study of glycans, which are carbohydrate molecules, and their roles in biological systems. It focuses specifically on glycoproteins, which are proteins that have carbohydrates covalently attached to them. These carbohydrate modifications, known as glycosylation, are among the most common and complex post-translational modifications of proteins.
